7.30am > - Check in at Singapore HarbourFront Centre
(Batam Fast counter)
8.55am - Depart on Batam Fast Ferry for Waterfront City, Batam via Sekupang(Please do not disembark at Sekupang)
9.15am - Arrive Waterfront City, Batam & transfer to hotel
(5 minutes’ by coach)
9.25am – Arrive Holiday Inn Resort Batam & proceed to conference room (Crystal Ballroom)
9.25am to 9.45am – Coffee Break
9.45am to 1.00pm – Seminar
1.00pm to 2.30pm – Lunch at Terrace Cafe & check in at your own convenience
2.30pm to 4.30pm – Seminar
4.30pm – Coffee Break
4.45pm to 6.15pm – Seminar
6.15pm to 7.15pm – Free & Easy
7.15pm to 7.30pm – Poolside BBQ Dinner commences
Onwards - Free at leisure / Room Sweet Room

Arrange your own wake-up call the previous evening
7.00am to 9.00am – Breakfast at Terrace Cafe & check out (if necessary)
9.00am to 11.00am – Seminar
11.00am onward – (Shopping & depart from Batam Centre)
11.00am – check out (can also check out before 9am)
11.30am – transfer to Megamall for shopping (45 minutes by coach)
Megamall is next to Batam Centre ferry terminal (2 to 3 minutes’ walk).
You are advised to proceed to Batam Fast counter at Batam Centre to pre-check in first or change your departure time if desired, before heading to Megamall for your lunch & shopping.
