Change of 2009 Deepavali Date

in case you have not know about this detail.

Please note that the date for Deepavali has changed to
17 Oct'09(Sat) instead of 15 Nov'09(Sun) .
Since Deepavali is no longer on15 Nov'09(Mon),
16 Nov'09(Mon) will not be a public holiday.
Instead, 17 Oct'09(Sat) will be gazetted as a public holiday.
